Swiss Economic Forum 2021

Event description

The Swiss Economic Forum (SEF) is Switzerland’s leading economic conference. The 23d edition of the conference will take place on 1 and 2 September 2021 in Interlaken, Switzerland under the theme ‘New Horizons’.

In line with the theme “New Horizons”, this year‘s SEF will focus on the opportunities arising from the pandemic and the challenges that the coming decade will bring. Will we develop something new or stick to what we know? What have we learned that will help us to weather crises better in the future?

Every year, over 1000 leading experts from business, academia, politics and the media meet for an active exchange of ideas and cross-industry networking. The platforms and initiatives of the SEF promote the entrepreneurial way of thinking and actively support startups. To that end, each year the SEF presents the Swiss Economic Award to the three most successful young entrepreneurs startups in three categories.
